The dataset is structured to conform to the Minnesota Geospatial Advisory Council (GAC) Parcel Attribution Standard to ensure standardized field naming, content consistency, and interoperability with statewide parcel aggregation initiatives. Each feature represents a single land parcel and includes standardized parcel identifiers, ownership information, legal descriptions, situs address components, acreage, assessed values, tax classification codes, school district codes, and other attributes defined by the MN GAC Parcel Standard.<\/p>",
